At Brexalonrythol, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which you may return SystemicPrime products and request a refund. This policy complies with EU consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and applicable Danish law.

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the product, without giving any reason. This is in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement (e.g., an email) to:

The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the day on which you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) receives the product.

3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original, unopened, and sealed packaging.
  • The return request must be made within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email).

For health and safety reasons, opened or used dietary supplement products cannot be returned or refunded, unless the product is defective.

4. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at reach-us@brexalonrythol.world. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Under Danish and EU law, you also have the right to a statutory warranty for defective goods for up to 2 years from the date of delivery.

5. Return Process

  2. We will provide you with return instructions and, if applicable, a return address.
  3. Ship the product back in its original packaging. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

6. Refunds

If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are refunded only if the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or damaged.
  • Refunds may take additional time to appear on your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return and place a new order.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  • Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.

9. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or have broken seals (except in cases of defect).
  • Products returned after the 14-day withdrawal period.
